All confirmed orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

In case of high demand, festive seasons, or stock unavailability, processing time may take longer. Customers will be notified via email/WhatsApp in such cases.
2. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, DTDC, and India Post for secure deliveries across India.

Local delivery may also be available in selected pin codes around Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time within India is 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Metro cities: 3-5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days

Remote or rural areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that unforeseen delays due to courier issues, strikes, or natural calamities are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer Free Shipping on certain products or minimum order value promotions.
5. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp.

Customers can track the shipment status directly through the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times.

If the package is not accepted or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. International Shipping

Currently, Mokshika.in delivers only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
