At Mokshika.in, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns & Exchange

  • We accept return/exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

    • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

    • Fragile items like bangles and customized products may not be eligible for return/exchange.

    • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product delivered is defective or wrong.

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the exchange or refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality checks.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • In case of prepaid orders, partial refunds (if applicable) will also be processed in the same manner.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance events.

  • Customized, made-to-order, or hygiene-sensitive items.

  • Delicate accessories like glass bangles once unsealed/used.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/video proof at 📧 support@mokshika.in.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the case.

6. Delayed or Failed Transactions

  • In case of payment failures or duplicate transactions, the issue lies with the payment gateway/bank. Customers are advised to contact their respective bank or payment provider.

  • However, Mokshika.in will provide full support in resolving such issues.
